If texting or calling, let me know the best days and times for you. I’ll also need your street address and phone numbers, and an email address since I do scheduling and invoicing by email whenever possible.
Arrival time is generally within 30 minutes of our appointment time, depending on things like unanticipated repairs or traffic delays. If it looks like the arrival time will be different than the scheduled time, I will call or text with an arrival time.
Please clear off the piano and try to have a fairly quiet environment. The better I can hear, the better work I can do.
