John is amazing!!!! From day one, he has gone above and beyond to do everything possible to keep my piano in its best playing condition.

The piano is very important to me. I would dare to say that I would rate it up there with my child and husband and some days I can honestly say a little ahead of them. I have only owned 3 pianos in my 66 years. The Formsmas have worked on the last 2. I began using them I think in the 90’s with Mr. Bob Formsma and after his death in late 90’s his son John . I was a little worried because I was so thrilled with Bob. He was so knowledgeable about the piano and so helpful when I decided to purchase a different one and even went by to check it out for me. It turns out that his son, John, is just as knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased the piano I have now about 3 years ago and John was very helpful in making recommendations and answering my questions. I am sure this will be the last piano that I will purchase, and I am so thrilled with it. In addition to his helpfulness and tuning talents, I have to say that he is very organized in his appointment and bookkeeping skills. I highly recommend Formsma Piano.
